  • We called Dawn till Dusk based on the reviews read on yelp. The problems started when I called first thing Saturday morning and reached a voice mail. I left a message and several hours passed without a return call. My husband then called and left a voicemail, Ken returned his call within 15 min. Ken couldn't make it out until Monday and that when the appt was set. On Monday morning, Chad arrives at the scheduled time. We explained the issues we were having. Chad inspected the unit and said it was fine. He checked out the attic and said it was a run capacitor and that would fix the problem. Chad replaced the capacitor fan and said the problem was fixed. We paid the$178.00 bill and Chad left assuring us the problem was fixed. After Chad walked out the door, I walked over to the thermostat and realized it wasn't turned on (Chad never turned the unit back on after "fixing" the issue to see if it was working). I turned the unit on and guess what? IT WAS DOING THE SAME THING! I immediately called Ken and reached voicemail. I left a detailed message and after almost 2 hrs I still had not received a return call. Once again, my husband calls and received a return call 20 min later. Ken had Chad return. After inspecting the unit again, Chad couldn't find what was wrong. We felt he was pulling excuses out of the air and implying it was something we were doing. Chad tried to present my with another bill for adding freon (according to Chad on the first visit, we didn't need freon. He actually had to let some out according to him) I refused to pay for the added freon. Chad called Ken at our request. Ken said he would call us the next day and come out. THAT NEVER HAPPENED I am very, very disappointed in the outcome of this. I will not recommended this company to anyone!
