  • DO NOT GO HERE. The first time i went i got a shellac manicure...i was there for 2 and a half hours. They take so long doing each nail (maybe from inexperience?) and don't have a good selection of colours. Today i decided to give them another shot doing a different service. Went to go get my lower legs waxed and it was the worst waxing experience i've ever had. What should have taken them 20 minutes to do took them an hour and a half. I left with my legs and feet covered in chunks of wax (which the lady tried to remove with tweezers but failed), patches of hair from missed spots and in pain from how long it took to rip each wax strip off. They clearly have very little experience in this industry and i do not recommend going here. I usually go to Urban Nails at Broadview and Danforth (the best) but decided to try something new and closer to my house. BIG mistake.
