rev:text	The plumber was a half hour late and didn't call to let us know ( not a big deal ). He was nice and very informative. He accessed the issue and said he would return the next day with the parts and complete the repair. The estimate was 475.00. I thought he was replacing all three faucets ( my wife was there during both visits, I wasn't ) The next day he returned and did the repair. it took him all of 15 minutes to do this. When I got there he was gone and they showed me the bill. After it all sunk in I couldn't believe how much the total was for 15 minutes of work. Granted they made two trips and had to get parts. I researched the parts at a total cost of approx. $45.00 We paid for most of the cost as my mother in law is on a fixed income. So I emailed them and asked why the cost was so high to replace three faucet stems. I was told how professional they were and their prices were high because and I quote directly " what you don't see is the 2 hours for him to track down parts and drive time to do so. " I was also told and once again I quote " I don't claim to be the cheapest plumber we claim to be the best and stand by our work. " When they did the work the faucet in the third bathroom squeaks really really loudly and the one in the second bathroom still leaks. Personally I wouldn't use them again. I feel the price was way too high and the quality ....seeing the leaking , loud squeaky faucet handles....wasn't what they claimed. I'm sure many might disagree and I see good reviews from many and for that I am glad. Im just presenting facts
