  • First of all I just want to say that I've been to the real jerk back from when they were at the old location since the 80's. The staff is relatively nice most of the time, however I came and ordered an ox tail to go and it took way to long, I'm not sure what the problem was, but when the food finally arrived it was just dropped in front of me and the waitress didn't say a word to me. Was it that I did not tip her? Who knows.... But at 14$ + I didn't think it was a bit much. I was very disappointed with the meal, it didn't taste as good as it normally does, I find this a big problem,consistency is key. Also serving was smaller from takeout...
