  • Two words that describe Bill McMaster and his business , HONEST and RELIABLE ! I would give him 100 stars but there's only 5. I went to him after my mechanic referred me to him, I was a little skeptical at first given that I was pregnant and had a toddler in my car, knowing that I was probably going to get ripped off because they'd see I really needed to get my car fixed ASAP. So I decided to go to the transmission place right next to him to see what they'd say first , the gentleman at the other transmission place right next to state to state told me sorry there's nothing we can do about your SUV the transmission needs to be replaced estimated total $3000+ , my heart dropped because that's not something I had at the moment . So I said thank you and then went to State to state where Bill greeted me with a huge smile . I told him my cars acting up can you check it he said sure let me test drive it and run my scanner and see what we have . I waited patiently and after he got done he said I have good news and bad news , I said give me the bad news thinking oh no it's going to be so expensive ! But he said some wires under the suv got caught on the exhaust and they got fried , but the good news is that it's going to be under $50 . I immediately said thank you so much you have no idea how much money you just saved me thank you for your honesty . Also the drivers he has are so kind and respectful , the older gentleman saw my toddler was bored in the waiting room and he put cartoons for her on his computer . Let me tell you this establishment shows that there are still humans out there that care for one another and that are looking out for each other . Transmission issues or any issues Bill is the man no doubt in my mind .
