  • This is one of the top two of Las Vegas buffet world, the other being the celebrated Bellagio. This buffet is much larger than the Bellagio and offers a number of live cooking stations representing cuisines of South Asia, the Mediterranean and Middle East, doing it quite well. The one drawback is that the lunch and dinner services are separated by a two hour buffer, a brilliant tactical move by the Starwood Resorts field commanders that prevents the usual two-for-one battlefield ruse.
