  • After having an MRI 22 months ago at Steinberg, I went for a second MRI, about a month ago at Desert Radiology because I am having so much pain and my Doc wanted to see a more recent one. I was SHOCKED when I heard the results!!! My doctor said it showed I had "5 Fractured Vertebrae in the thoracic area!!! That is an area where I get a tremendous amount of daily pain!!! WHY DIDN'T THIS SHOW FROM STEINBERG??? Was the Radiologist asleep, did he just not care, maybe he over looked it or perhaps the equipment failed, maybe he just left the room!! I don't know, but on my report, he wrote "NO FRACTURES on all the pages". What was wrong with him?? I am so upset because if I had known then, maybe I could have done something to help myself with these fractures. Now, after this much time, it's too late! I did call to talk to the Radiologist ( Dr. Chu) but he wouldn't take my call! I was told "that I would have to have my doctor call him before I could talk to him." I won't be back, if I were you, I wouldn't waste your money or time going there either. You may not get a true reading!!! If you still insist on going, make sure to say, you don't want to have Dr. CHU....
