  • We spent a week here at the Encore Hotel and Casino, rooms where ok for the price . The attitude of the employees and management is not good at all. Maybe they are all underpaid or something is bothering them. So if you are looking for people with great service and a good attitude do yourself a favor and stay clear from the Wynn and The Encore. The pools are the worst they smell bad and too many accident happen in the pools. I rather stay in a small 30 dollars a night hotel downtown Vegas with Happy staff and good Attitude , than stay here or the Wynn.
