Andrea ,a service consultant with this dealership has always been helpful.We had a few {breaking in}issues with our new Audi,and NOT once has Andrea,or any of the staff not been helpful.The repair shop lead foreman cares about his work.We witnessed him working on an engine replacement of some kind during a visit.Sales specialist,Tim O'Reilly patiently showed us the R8 even though we said we're more NSX:) Elk Grove Audi in Sacramento is where we first purchased an Audi,and they are great for service also. Post sales is very important to a customer,and a dealer should care.
