rev:text	I called first thing in the morning and explained that my husband was just going to arrive maybe 15 minutes after me because he had to drop our son off at a daycare. The woman on the phone informed me that someone needed to be with me at all times, but we could get the paperwork, ultrasound out of the way first and as long as he arrived before 10:30 a.m., it would be completely fine. Upon arrival, around 9:30 a.m., the woman that I checked in with told me that, "if you're ready to go and he's not here, you're not allowed any medication." I told her that I completely understand and that he would be here, then I asked if I could just wait for him to arrive because I didn't want that to happen and she said no. Why would I not be allowed to just sit in the office and wait for him?? (I didn't ask that, I was thinking that) Sadly, the woman that I checked in with was the woman who was doing the ultrasound. She was so cold and robotic. When I would ask a question, she would follow with "like I said .... " as if she was having to repeat herself. There was a possibility that I was having an ectopic pregnancy so I was freaking out a little, she had zero compassion. She really didn't try to put my mind at ease and that really bothered me. Then she said "we have a kids area you know, most of our patients have children." I had no idea, the website says no children allowed. I think she needs better bedside manner and because I felt sooo uncomfortable with her, I will not be returning. Not to mention that you have to drive by that scary group of people who were almost trying to block me when I was arriving.
