I am currently finishing the 6 week fitness challenge with Shannon and Cynthia. I loved this challenge. I am much stronger and in better shape. We learned many different self defense techniques that can be used in real life situations. Each class you learn something new. As a victim of robbery at gunpoint, I wish I had known of this class before. I also attended a seminar that Shannon held for defense of guns, sticks, and knives. I would recommend it to anyone. I also will miss all the great women I met in this class. I know that there is another 6 week fitness challenge being held in November. Highly recommend!
