A-OK. Nothing more, nothing less though either.
I use to go to the John St location because it was the only spot that I had found friendly service. This location, however, is closer to my house. All I needed to do was turn in my equipment. I had cancelled my service because of moving, and they said "just stop by any Spectrum center and drop the equipment off." Sound easy enough yeah? What they should have said was "wait in line at any Spectrum center, for at least 20 minutes and then turn in equipment."
This location has a sign in station where a woman greeted me. She was friendly and got me signed up and on the queue. There are a few screens across the room with your first name and last initial to tell you where you are in line. I waited 20-25 minutes to go from number 18 to number 1. The man that took my modem was friendly enough, to the point. The whole interaction was fine and trouble free, but I don't think I'd stop in here if I had any trouble. I asked a few questions and he acted as if i was genuinely wasting his time, and sighed as he had to log back into my account to answer a last billing question.
So, it was fine. A-OK. Got the job done. Glad I only have one bill left though. #offthegrid #justkidding #dontworry
