  • As a frequent visitor to Pittsburgh, I am always interested in finding new restaurants, and my local coworker Zavo turned me on to this one. On this trip, I was given the recommendation to try the Driftwood oven. This is a mobile pizza station with a large wood-fired pizza/bread oven that's mounted on a trailer, and they travel from location to location in the Pittsburgh area, serving up some of the best pizza I've ever had. I tried their Margarita Pizza: it was wonderful! . Look them up at www.driftwoodoven.com for their next scheduled location. It's worth the drive!
