rev:text	Wish I had read thes reviews before hiring this company. In the course of 10 months my renovation company probably used over 6-7 dumpsters and spent thousands of dollars. Although I specifically gave instructions (several times) that I would call when the dumpster was filled, they removed one of the dumpsters when it was only 1/3 full. On two occasions, I had to personally run out to the road to stop a truck from picking up the dumpster before I had called. Like many others, I have also experienced the reverse. Called to have a dumpster picked up - took over two weeks for one dumpster to be removed. Two weeks ago I called four times to have the last dumpster removed. The owner, Bart, called me to inform me that the dumpster was overloaded (which it was) and that he would charge me an extra $100. I agreed and said that that was fair. He then proceeded to "scold" me that he "would never do this again" and that he knew I had complained about the one dumpster being removed when it was only 1/3 full...don't know what his point was about that. I told him that he seems to have some communication problems because the right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. Wrong thing to say - He became extremely agitated and loudly insisted that as the owner, he kept strict tabs on communication and I must have "misunderstood" when the drivers tried to pick up my dumpster twice before I called. I asked why he was yelling, and he stated, "I'M NOT YELLING, IF I START TO YELL, YOU WILL KNOW IT!!! OK then. I told Bart that I was very surprised at his belligerent and rude behavior after which he yelled "FINE! I'LL DUMP THE GARBAGE ALL OVER YOUR DAMN DRIVEWAY!!" And so this is why I will never use this company again. They have serious communication issues, and no customer service. Not to mention that the owner is rude, offensive and unprofessional in every way.
