  • This company was so unprofessional, I was trying to schedule to get my carpets cleaned and the man who picked up the phone was EXTREMELY aggressive and terrible customer service. I called 7 times to confirm my appointment and to try and reschedule because I got called into work and the guy was like I know you called 7 times but that's when you scheduled. IM seriously afraid that this company and guy has my address to my home. They will never do my carpets I got a refund and would never use them ever.
