  • My fiancĂ© bought a ring from her July 2016. The first two weeks we had it, 3 diamonds fell out. We took it back and they replaced them quickly. Then again not even a week later, 2 more fell out. They repeatedly fell out 6 more times!! Each time we brought back and they fixed. However, each time they fixed it started eating away at the band. For 3 months I was pregnant and had swollen fingers, so I did not wear it. After I had the baby I was able to wear it again and what do you know? 2 more diamonds fell out. They fixed but this time it caught the attention of a new manager how ridiculous this was. At first they blamed us and said it was SO WORN it was badly damaged. I had only wore it for maybe 4 months total, minus all the ridiculous amount of times it was in the shop. They finally admitted the quality of the ring they sold us originally was not good and they needed to replace the band. We waited 5 WEEKS for a new band. During that time, they did not call us once to update us, instead we called them repeatedly trying to get an update. That was like pulling teeth, because each time we called we got a different excuse. I just got my ring back with a new band last Saturday. Two days after, we had a diamond fall out. They fixed. We didn't even get down the street and what do you know, another diamond fell out!! We turned around right then and they fixed. I'm so fed up with this ring. I haven't even had it a year (9 1/2 months to be exact) and it's spent more time in the shop than on my finger! The few times we spoke to the owner she had no idea what was going on. When we explained to her what was happening she didn't seem to care. When we asked for our money back, they said they didn't have it and they would just continue putting back in diamonds as they fall out. I am so discouraged I am to the point I would rather handle this through the legal system. Whatever you do, avoid this place and buy your jewelry elsewhere. Regardless if they are located in Tivoli Village, it doesn't always mean they are great.
