  • Ballard is a top notch company. We called them when our 12 year old heat pump stopped working on a 111 degree day. Our useless home warranty company (American Home Shield) gave the technician a hard time about the cost to repair the old unit and wanted a 2nd opinion, even though the inside temps reached 94 degrees. Ballard came two days later to install a new system and associated fixes on the 2nd story roof. The tech, Daniel, kept us apprised of the project. Wow, the new Lennox 14 seer unit is quiet and efficient. Our old Goodman was making a terrible racket toward the end of its life. We received a senior discount and the company cut us a break with accepting 1/2 payment at install, with balance due in 2 weeks, since the home warranty company refused to get back to us. Ballard Air Conditioning & Heating is a AAAAA!!!!company.
