  • I called Shimmering Waters, because I was having trouble with the sucker as it was not working, after I had tried several things. I sent an email request, later in the evening and i got a response immediately from Dan. Dan came out, was very friendly, explained everything in detail, was thorough, answered all my questions. Most importantly got the sucker working and reset the timer to run longer. Plus, he only charged me half of the service call fee.... Great customer service!! Will definitely call them again.
