  • Called them for an issue I was having with a leaky toilet. John came and looked at it and informed me it would be quite expensive to fix, and that due to the age of the toilet it would make more sense to just replace it. He explained the entire process of replacing the toilet and assured me I could easily so it myself and to save my money on paying someone to do it. It was very refreshing to see an honest man like John that did t just want to take my money! He also looked at something else I had a question about and offered his opinion on that, and also on what type of toilet to buy. I was so very impressed with John and how helpful he was(and the fact that there was no charge for all this advice) that I will definitely be using them for any plumbing issues in the future.
