  • After seeing the high ratings and positive reviews, my fiancĂ© & I dropped by to see if we could get a ring resized. Although we walked out empty handed and a little disappointed, we understand why this place has gotten good feedback. We were greeted promptly after entering and asked what we needed. As we showed the employee the ring, he broke it to us that it would be very hard to resize the type of ring that we had :( "It was a Hawaiian master secret that no one knows," he claimed. He also noted that the ring would not have the same unique quality and trademark look from Hawaii post-resizing process. They would try as best as they could to get it to the condition and finesse it was if they had to work on it, but otherwise they couldn't promise the same result. He offered a price and apologized in advance. Truth be told, we were sad to hear that resizing the ring would lose its quality. We politely declined stating that we had to talk to our grandma who passed the ring onto us if that be her wish. But because of the honesty of the employee, we had a pleasant experience and walked out with the newfound knowledge.
