  • I will be completely honest, I started going to Publix mainly because getting out of the Harris Teeter across the street was way too difficult. It was like playing chicken to turn left out of the parking lot . I was pleasantly surprised at how great of an experience it was. I never feel rushed as I have at other stores, and I appreciate how neat and organized the sections are. If the lines get backed up, they immediately call people up to help speed it up. The only negative comment I have is that they don't have as wide of a selection as Harris Teeter in some items, so on occasion I do still have to take my life in my hands and go to the HT. If you are in need of a Pharmacy - the Pharmacy Department at this store is AWESOME. Very quick with filling prescriptions and if there is a coupon or something on a prescription that you might not have, they will find it for you.
