  • Do not hire these people under any circumstances. If I could give a negative star rating that is what I would do. They picked up my car and have not delivered it yet. They have missed three promised delivery dates and never call to give an update when they miss the delivery. You have to call them. When you get someone on the phone the customer service attitude is just plain wrong. You will do much better if you hire someone else. So I have an update to post. After my last call to them (wherein I really raised a ruckus) a so-called manager phoned me to give me yet another delivery date. The original promise was for a 10 day delivery window. We are now on day number 19. When I asked for a reduction in the transportation cost to reimburse me for the rental car expenses I am incurring, he went on to explain that their delivery days are not guaranteed, they are merely offered as a possibility. That's not what they tell you when they "sell" you the job. BTW, they are not actually transporters, they are merely brokers who place your car with who-knows-whom for delivery. These guys are a joke!
