  • This bar is kind of a strange concept for Pittsburgh. The rooftop pool/bar is cool but it seems like you're only able to use it if you pay for a VIP cabana. It seems like they are trying way too hard to come off as an upscale club but in reality it's just a corny South Side bar that charges a cover. Also the staff is not the nicest.
