  • You don't want to live here. They charge tons of deposits you'll never get back, raise the rent outrageously when you want a short term renewal, & won't take responsibility for any loss that occurs due to defective products, like the water heater that leaked a floor above. Be warned, management doesn't enforce community rules, so it's lots of sleepless nights. Don't be fooled by the amenities, the pool gets closed 2-3x per year for glass & pollution I'd be afraid to swim in & they don't drain it completely. Dogs off leash attack you occasionally, one guy broke a rib during a fall as a result. If you complain, you're told you must have photographic PROOF. Not kidding. This isn't a community, it's serving time.
