  • Since 2007 Aviata has been home for me and my family... sisters, brothers, grandma and even my aunty. The chill family like vibes you once used to get here is no longer and its obvious things have changed for the worst. You have moments where you face constant battles with management over trivial. Age shows in those who work up front. I guess based on other reviews its not been just us dealing with the bs. Almost at 10 years here now and it's seeming like leaving is becoming a frequent thought. From my HS graduation to my youngest brothers HS graduation. My Army enlistment and back, to now baby brothers HS graduation from college. Me and my family have really enjoyed it here, making it easy to constantly renew. Personal feelings can vary on this place if you let the drama get to you but its a well kept property, friendly maintenance guys (Izzy specifically is great) and always great neighbors (atleast near me and my fam). Aviata is conveniently located near almost everything you'll ever need. On property is a great gym (open 24 hrs) and two beautifully maintained pools.
