  • Don't let the appearance fool you. Looks so nice right? The problem there is management and the care givers themselves. Got my Mom out of there. Rude staff ,yelled at her to sit there and wait when she asked for some water. I know this happened because I was on the phone with her at the time. Constantly changing staff. Most of them quit within 30 days,many don't even last that long. Most disturbing is that NO ONE will answer the phone. If I can't reach my mom on her cell phone after trying several times in a day, I would call the office line. Goes to voicemail and no call back. This means I have to drive over there to check if she's ok. Very upsetting and frustrating. The food was terrible! Literally unrecognizable piles of mush. Lost laundry. She's wearing someone else's clothes and missing her own things. The list of what's wrong goes on and on. Best advice-keep looking- this is no place for Mom to be.
