  • I called 24/7 carpet cleaning on Friday to schedule for my carpets to be cleaned. I have friends visiting in a few days and also have a limited schedule and to my surprise they were able to come out and do the job on Memorial Day! I called a different company prior and could not stand the way they were talking to me, so rude! 24/7 customer service sold me. My carpets are nice and clean, cost was affordable, the tech was super friendly and really took the time to tackle the high traffic areas. This company is the kind of company that I love to deal with. Family owned and operated so they take pride in what they do. Only thing is I would of probably paid more to have the carpets scrubbed for an additional cost but I was not notified when I called. I will have them do that step for sure next time because certain areas need some deep scrubbing!! Overall I'm totally satisfied and have already referred them to a few others who are in need of carpet cleaning. Thank you!!
