  • Very positive experience shopping for a car at Bill Luke Tempe. Test drove both the 2013 BMW 328i xdrive coupe and the 2013 BMW 328i convertible. Very good condition with low miles. Mr. James Woods made the experience very enjoyable and getting information on the cars was prompt and convenient. Finally decided on the coupe and the paper work process was seamless. Took about half hour and we were new owners of the car. Based on my request, they even sent the car to me the next morning over to the west side. Very customer service oriented and very pleasant people to work with. Thanks James and the Bill Luke team! Thumbs up!
