  • I wanted to pass along a great review for you all. We had two installers come to our house (3732 W Villa Maria yesterday, 6/13...) The came right on time and right away I had questions. What was supposed to be a short thing ended up being 4 hours. Willy and Dylan diagnosed our troubles and they worked very hard and I applaud their tenacity and patience they exhibited while they were here. If there's anyone that deserves a pay increase, these two fellas should get one. It was a very professional experience. If I could find their supervisors I'd tell them myself. I've been told that there is an automatic email after any installation where I can respond, so remember that if you want to post a review. And don't anyone say anything negative about Cox they do a very thorough job.
