  • I had emailed a sales rep at bill Luke and asked for a white fiat 500 in automatic transmission and was quoted for that. My credit was pulled because I had accepted the quote for the automatic fiat. I flew into bill Luke from out of state under those assumptions. When I arrived to Phoenix they let me know they didn't have the automatic transmission and my quote went up $1700 because of their mistake. That was all fine though. Then I met with Jay from financing.... let's just say that I was on dialysis 10 hours everyday for 3 years straight, and that was a better experience than spending 1 second with jay. This guy is the scum of the earth and after sitting in a room with him for 2 mins I was ready to walk out of the room. He was condescending and used scare tactics to try to sell warranties. I lost sleep last night because I was so full of rage that my money went to this dealership because they employe someone like Jay. I am tempted to return the vehicle because of Jay, but I don't want to step foot on that dealership knowing he is there. That low life should not be employed anywhere unless he has a serious life changing moment that changes the very fiber of his being. Save your self the trouble of buying from this dealership. Go to a different fiat dealership.
