First off, I call the gym to speak with the Manger and I get a very unprofessional answer to the phone, "what's up man, what do you need?"
I was calling to cancel my membership because I have moved out of state. So I was put on hold for about 3 minutes and to my surprise the "hold music" was an UNedited version of some rap song with F*** this S*** F*** B****es. etc.. etc.. etc.. And by the time they came back on the line the Manager said well you can go to a location in the state your in (which is about 3 hours away). She would not allow me to cancel my membership unless I was in person and hung up. Never have had that unprofessional of an experience. This place needs WORK!!
