  • Very disappointed. Memorial weekend Sunday called at 10 am with main drain clogged. Informed there was one other job ahead of me, they would probably be there between 1 and 3 but they would call first. 5 pm no call so I called them back. They said the other job went over but they will get to me. 8 pm I call another service. (You can search my reviews to find out who). They came out to my house at 9 pm and the cleared the main drain at 2/3rds the cost of Roto-Rooter. Mid-day next day and I still have not heard from Roto-Rooter. I felt like I was jerked around by them all day, which is why I am compelled to leave such a bad review. I will make sure to share this with my friends. If I could give zero stars I would.
