  • If I could give this company a 0 star review, I would. These people are very unprofessional. They are very rude. The guy they sent was super rude and tried to sell me more products. Did not spray my carpets and was mad when we told him just do what the living social voucher says. He finished "profesional cleaning" two rooms' carpet in 5 min. Really, 5 min to steam clean two rooms? The guy was rude and when I called to complain about the lack of service and poor job, the lady on the phone was yelling and defending his employee. Lack of costumer service and rude loud ppl. Do yourself a favor and never hire this company unless you want to hire a second company to do it again. Not a single positive review. That should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Go to the bottom of this business Yelp review and click on review not currently recommended. Those are reviews that for some reason are not showing on top of the page. All negative. Everyone to include the person that arrived are very rude and unprofessional and do a mediocre job. Stay away from them.
