I've tried four times to contact Ana to try her services. I live very close to her salon and looked forward to a new relationship. I purchased a Groupon, which I very rarely purchase. My messages to her are consistently gracious, and I expressed that I live less than two miles from her salon and how much I look forward to discovering her services. I believe that's why vendors sign on to offer a Groupon - to get new clients. I left two voicemails, sent one as a text (per her voice message); and on a fourth call, I actually reached her for about ten seconds. She said she would call me back; never has. If she disdains Groupon customers, then don't sign on to offer a Groupon. I'll never know if Ana or her salon mates are talented, as I'm done. She's unfortunately unresponsive. With four messages, it can't be simple disorganization. FYI I write far more positive reviews than negative.
