  • We met with Tim who assured us he could sell our rental in no time. This was June and we wanted to close before the end of the year. Absolutely!, he said. Well, 6 months later no sale, very few offers, no offer from him to buy us out. We found a different realtor who sold our home within a few weeks. Tim was a very poor communicator. We had to call him to find out what, if anything, was going on. We should have known. We were very disappointed in the Carol Royse Team and would NOT recommend them.
