  • My partner and I found Nicholas through a reference from a friend in town as we were relocating from OH and did not know any realtors. I can't say enough about how completely satisfied we were with his expertise and professional manner. He knows the area and was easy to work with in coordinating our several visits coming into town to search for our house. In addition to his positive get it done attitude, he is very proficient at his job and has great contacts. We have used his references both prior to and after our house closure and all of them have been terrific. I would HIGHLY recommend Nicholas!
