  • Booked our stay at the Westgate through a third party site and got a fantastic deal! Stay through the week Monday-Thursday for the best deals. There is a resort fee that is charged when you check out that is $28 per night but if you are able to get a good deal through a third party site then it doesn't feel that bad. The report fee includes WiFi access and use of the pool and fitness center. We booked a "premium" room with a king bed. Room was clean and overlooked the golf course. Bed was very comfortable but pillows were too soft. There was a fridge and a safe (safe didn't work but not a problem for us so didn't complain about it) also a coffee machine (kurig) there is a cost to drive the coffee provided but bring your own kcups and you should be good. The Westgate doesn't have an airport shuttle but we purchased shuttle service from Bell Trans for about $14 per person which worked out cheaper for us then a taxi. We purchased a two day monorail pass that we used to get to and from the strip which was very convenient. We did do a presentation (time share selling) and got free tickets to a great show (didn't buy the time share and ) 2hours of listening to a guy talk saved us $140 if you have the time and can stick to your guns it's worth it I guess. It was annoying that every time we walked through the lobby we were hassled to go to the meetings. We didn't eat at the Westgate as we were really only there to sleep. We checked out some prices the steak house seemed really over priced but the Cafe seemed reasonable. Overall we had a great time in Vegas would recommend the Westgate only if you can get a good deal otherwise stay closer to the strip.
