I can't rate this business on the quality of their work because I never made it that far in the process. But I can rate them on their customer service, which was horrible. I stopped in one day and got an estimate on what it would be to get my truck seat repaired. The gentleman told me when I was ready to have the work done just come in and schedule an appointment. I came back about a month later and spoke with a receptionist because the gentleman wasn't there at the time. She called the gentleman on the phone and informed him that I was there and what I wanted to have done and they told me to come back the next day at 8 a.m. and they could complete the work in a few hours. The gentleman didn't remember talking to me and I didn't have a written estimate, the receptionist never looked at my vehicle to verify that they would have the appropriate fabrics and materials needed to match the existing interior. That should have been a red flag. I showed up the next day at 8 a.m. and they were closed. I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed. I called and left a voicemail and no one returned my call. So, no one called to cancel and no one called to apologize. At that time I determined if their customer service is that crappy just to get the work scheduled, they're not somebody who I actually want working on my vehicle in the first place.
