rev:text	Terrible experience ... was here for a larger work party of about 28 people. First off, I have only been to this location one other time, but have been to other Mastro's locations several times without issue , so this was just maybe a fluke what happened. There was a COCKROACH crawling on one of the tables that a guest had covered up with a glass and then informed the waiter, waiter came and put a piece of paper under the glass and removed the COCKROACH with the paper and the glass, didn't change the table linens, no apology from manager, nothing. The bus boy cleaning off the tables had so much on the tray it actually spilled off a bunch of ice, food, and a plate all over one of our guests chairs!!! Thank goodness he was outside when it happened or he would have been hit with the plate on the head. Then, the waiters/busboys just kind or walked past it and did nothing, so my husband yelled at some guy, are you going to clean that up?? Or just leave it? It did get cleaned up, but it should have been done immediately after it spilled, again, no apology, nothing. The waiter/server serving our table reached over me 4 times to serve my husband instead of going around me SERIOUSLY??? And last but not least..... 189$ per person!!! Most of us didn't eat anywhere close to that amount even if we would have ordered off the regular menu..... and there portions were even smaller than the regular menus.....I had a 7 inch flat bowl of Caesar salad, chicken, a scoop of mashed potatoes, 8 half Brussels sprouts, and literally 1/2 a cup of berries for dessert.......no alcohol, just water..... unreal..... I get that it's Mastro's, but this was crazy. Overall, it was just downright embarrassing for us as owners bringing our employees here. We will definitely not make the mistake of going to this location again in the future Update...... as of February 6th nobody has ever tried to contact me from management to remedy what happened that night. I will not be going to ANY Mastro's establishments after this and have already told many others to avoid this particular establishment .
