  • First, I likes my salesperson Darren... Although they did sell a car out from under me WHILE I was doing my paperwork... I did find another. So... when I brought my navigator back (a week later) in to have some things fixed, they said they can only get me home up to 11, but they did give me a ride home instead of a loner. That even I was told they were keeping my navigator overnight, and I could get a loaner, but I had to get myself back to CarMax. Once here it to an hour to get the loaner, making me late to pick up my son's. Then I realized the loaner was FILLED WITH BABY ROACHES! (about 20+ ) I called at 9am and left a message requesting a replacement loaner... NO CALL BACK! Called on my way, driving the roach mobile, asking that they have a replacement ready because my son's have a Dr appointment... Nothing when I got here, and I am waiting again (45 minutes so far). TERRIBLE SERVICE!
