  • They have become the best airline to fly out of Cleveland now that Continental is gone. The best service. On-time service. Pleasant flight attendants that know how to lighten the mood. Great assistance to people with disabilities. Prices are a bit higher than competition at first look, but when you figure in luggage fees those differences go away. My biggest complaint, that kept them from getting 5 stars is their lack of direct flights from Cleveland. I miss the Orlando and Phoenix direct flights.
