  • African American female at the box office, no name tag. She needs to be retrained on customer service. She assisted me yesterday, June 21st for Hamilton's 7:30pm. Middle window. She needs to be retrained on customer service and SMILE!!!!!!!! Very rude demeanor. An example, she couldn't find my picture in my passport book. Got frustrated. I tell her, flip the first page, you'll find it. Didn't get it. I helped her because it's apparently rocket science. I wished her a good day, she rolls her eyes. Doesn't tell guest to enjoy the show. Doesn't welcome them to the Smiths Center.
