  • We went here to redeem a Groupon for just vitamin shots when we were taken into a room for a sales pitch from their nutritionist Kirk Washington. Totally regretted it. Be careful if you talk to this person. Either Kirk forgets or intentionally withholds information. To make a long story short he had us get blood drawn under the impression it would be to explore what services we need and they provided, only to be charged $350 for the lab fee. When we asked to cancel and trash our blood work because we weren't aware of the charge Kirk got pushy and proceeded to explain why we need it and that they could not cancel the service even though they just drew our blood 5 minutes ago. Fine, we paid it just to find out later we could have used our medical coverage to cover the $350 blood work. When I called Kirk to ask why did he have us pay the full $350 when we could have had our medical insurance cover it he shrugged it off and said there's fees for everything and insisted he disclosed the fees before hand when he didn't along with other discussion points he claimed he covered with us when he did not. To top it off when I got the results of my blood-work, the file I received via email also contained results from several other patients with their names on it.
