  • I have been a resident at Post Ballantyne for almost a year now, and I am looking forward to signing another lease with them. I am a very particular (borderline OCD) person, so cleanliness and quality are very important. I have visited numerous apartment complexes in Charlotte, and Post is definitely a favorite. When I walked into my apartment, it's was spotless, the only thing I had to do was do my own little sanitizing. Any maintenance request I've had to submit (maybe 2) were handled promptly, with no more problems. The apartments are so spacious that it feels like you're in a house, and for this size apartment, you won't find this price (especially for this location). The office staff has always been courteous and helpful from the very beginning. I would encourage anyone that's seeking an apartment complex to visit Post Ballantyne for yourself, it is an awesome community.
