  • TRASH ! TRASH AND MORE TRASH . I lived there for 2 years and when it was time to sign another lease they told my roommate and I that we had to go . When we asked the reasoning they wouldn't tell us when we payed rent on time and never had problem not counting the noise complaint from a hoe ass neighbor at 2 in the afternoon . Quiet hours do no pertain in the day . Since the first day I moved in there was nothing but problems . I have a service dog they tried to fine me for then they were always coming in our apartment without permission . The maintenance! Ha I could've looked it up on YouTube and got stuff done faster . When we had a problem the women in the office always had a excuse about something like damn if I'm paying over $1,000 to live somewhere that doesn't look shit like "LUXURY" I expect everything to get done and well kept . So many damn maintenance people on golf carts yet nothing is ever fixed . Only thing that I liked was it was in a convenient area . But don't let that fool you people were robbed left and right and cars or scooters broken into or stolen and the office won't do nothing about it .
