  • My kids flooded one of our upstairs bathrooms this summer. Within minutes there was water pouring out of my garage ceiling onto our cars and down the walls of our garage. I called DKI in a panic and they were at my house within an hour, assessing the damage and setting up their equipment. They immediately had the situation under control. They set up their fancy-high tech drying equipment and had it running in my house for a number of days. They came back every day to assess the progress. In the end, we were able to salvage the tile floor in the bathroom and the carpet in the hallway and adjacent rooms. They replaced the bathroom cabinet, the baseboards, and repaired the ceiling in my garage. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional and trustworthy. I felt comfortable leaving my house while they completed their work. They also assessed some rain damage done in another room in my house. They will be replacing the doors and walls that were affected, and replacing/reinforcing the frame to prevent further water damage. I am confident that they will do A+ work and highly recommend this company! Thank you DKI for saving the day!!
