  • If I could give 0 stars I would...This company way over charges for what you get and they don't do automatic payment...We had them spray inside and out and they were so bad on the inside there was a white line 4 inches out from the baseboard! It was obvious that we had bug spray done- tacky!! Then we left on vacation and the front office person called and left a message saying the guys didn't spray cause they couldn't get in! Who can't open an unlocked gate?! We weren't having them do the inside every month!...I called back and left a message- 3 weeks later the gal called me up being really vague saying we talked on Friday about our service blah blah blah...When I told her no we didn't talk on Friday- we talked THREE WEEKS AGO...and I found someone else, she sheepishly said goodbye. Not sure if she thought I was dumb and would forget what happened...and not sure who Kiley is but clearly the "unaccepted ratings" on Yelp were stacked - this company does sub par work and charges too much- be leery
