  • This store has to be one of the busiest locations in the North Hills. For a long time they had a great manager who kept things running really smooth. They since have moved that manager to another store who needed his care. There is one employee in particular still there the morning, coffee lady, we adore her. She always has a smile and wants to make your day better. This review however is not about her it's about this location. I would love to see the corporation put some money in redoing this store. The floors are hideous. The fact that they have supplies stored in the store makes it look really junky. The counters and service areas of the store are worn out and just plain broken. The whole store has a very retro feel. Outside the parking is nonexistent, there are about seven spots in front of the store and an employee only lot in the back. Everyone parks at the college parking lot next door including the local police. This store deserves a do over and would be one of the best if they did it.
