| - I ordered the Shoyu Ramen in chicken broth, mild but surprised to see the soup reddish and had chili flakes Tasting just the soup, I would say it's more of a medium than mild which I don't mind but I intended to share with someone who does not like spicy food. The basic toppings consist of chashu pork, 1 whole clove fried garlic, kikurage black mushrooms, bamboo shoots, green chives, moyashi (bean sprouts), ground pork and shredded red pepper (thats where the chili flakes came from). Other choices are Tonkatsu Ramen (pork broth), Miso Ramen (pork & chicken broth) and Vege Ramen in vegetable broth/toppings.
The toppings, ramen noodle and the reddish colored soup all tasted awesome. Full of flavor but not salty. The noodle is how I expected a homemade noddle would be. I would definitely come back and try the other toppings and soup types.
After looking at the photo of the menu more carefully, it looks like there are 5 choices (original, mild, medium, hot & fire) not 4 as I originally thought I should've ordered the original.
