  • So I try to place an order by phone and after 5 minutes of dealing with someone who did not know how to enter the order, I get passed off to another employee who tells me it will be faster if I just come in and wait in line. I guess they aren't interested in take out business. Hopefully the management reads this and trains the employees on how to accept orders over the phone.
